We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.

8. Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and meet industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or conversion rates. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information without permission. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of work completed to date. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on work completed and expenses incurred.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts in Thailand.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
