Enduro Madness — Case Study
A high-energy tour website with a fully integrated booking system
We designed and built the Enduro Madness website from scratch — structured around converting international visitors who arrive via search or TripAdvisor. The site clearly communicates their tour range (day tours, multi-day expeditions, training), skill level requirements, and what's included. Behind the scenes it runs on a fully integrated booking system with staff-side tools for managing bookings and operations — all optimised for mobile, where the bulk of their traffic lands.

The challenge
Enduro Madness runs serious dirt-bike tours — day rides like the Full Day Enduro Tour, multi-day expeditions like the Wild West Thailand Loop and the Ultimate North Thailand Loop, plus rider training — for an international audience that mostly discovers them through search and TripAdvisor. The website had to close the gap between interest and a confirmed booking.
Adventure riders research hard before committing: skill requirements, what's included, what bike they'll ride, how pickup works. And once they decide, booking had to happen right there — not disappear into an email thread. That meant a real booking system, plus tools for the team to manage what comes in.
What we built
A tour detail system, not a brochure
Every tour gets a structured detail page: difficulty, duration, what's included, and what to expect — from single-day rides to multi-day loops through northern Thailand, alongside dedicated training and trail-guide content. The consistent structure helps riders compare options and gives each tour its own focused page to rank in search.
A fully integrated booking system
Book Now isn't a mailto link — it's a fully integrated booking flow with availability built in, so riders can commit the moment they're convinced. Bookings land in a structured system rather than a shared inbox.
An operations platform for the team
Alongside the public site we built the system that runs the business behind it: booking management, tour schedules, guide assignment, availability calendars, fleet management, and payment handling — one organised platform instead of emails, chats, and spreadsheets stitched together.
Mobile-first where the traffic actually is
The bulk of traffic is tourists on phones, so the design, imagery, and the entire booking flow were built mobile-first and tuned for fast loads on imperfect connections.
The outcome
The site is live at enduro-madness.com with structured pages across day tours, multi-day expeditions, and training, backed by an integrated online booking system and a staff platform covering schedules, guides, fleet, availability, and payments.
Enduro Madness now has a fast, search-ready home that matches the energy of the riding — and a booking path that converts interest into confirmed riders on the spot.
