Pattaya Yacht Charters — Case Study
A luxury-positioned website designed to convert high-value charter inquiries
We designed and built a premium website for Pattaya's leading yacht charter company. The brief was clear: the site had to feel as high-end as the experience itself. We crafted a clean, light, photography-led design with full-fleet showcase pages, destination guides, transparent THB pricing, and a tailor-made booking inquiry flow that pre-qualifies leads before they hit the inbox. Built mobile-first, performance-tuned, and wired up with a transactional email system for instant inquiry responses.

The challenge
Chartering a private yacht is a high-consideration, high-value purchase — and the website is the first test of whether the experience will live up to the price. The existing options for presenting the fleet didn't match the standard of the product.
Pattaya Yacht Charters needed a site that felt as premium as stepping on board: clean, unhurried, and confident — while still doing the unglamorous work of qualifying inquiries so the team spends time on serious charters, not tyre-kickers.
What we built
A light, photography-led design language
The design puts the product front and centre: a clean white canvas, generous whitespace, and large ocean and fleet photography that carries the page. Elegant typography and restrained layouts communicate luxury the way a good charter does — effortlessly, without shouting.
Fleet, charter, and destination pages built for search
Each yacht gets its own showcase page with guest capacity and transparent THB pricing, each charter type — corporate events, fishing, island exploration, tailor-made trips — gets a dedicated page, and destination guides cover the islands guests actually ask about, like Koh Larn, Koh Sichang, and Koh Samet. That structure serves guests researching specific experiences and gives search engines clean, focused pages to rank.
A booking inquiry flow that pre-qualifies
Instead of a bare contact form, the booking inquiry captures the details that matter — dates, group size, charter type — before the message reaches the inbox, with transactional email confirmations sent instantly via Resend and direct lines open via WhatsApp and phone for guests who prefer to talk.
Mobile-first and performance-tuned
Most guests research charters from their phone, often on hotel Wi-Fi. The site is built mobile-first on Next.js and Vercel with tuned imagery, so the photography-heavy design still loads fast.
The outcome
The site is live at pattayayachtcharters.com, presenting the full fleet across three yacht showcase pages, six-plus charter-type pages, destination guides, reviews, and a charter guide blog — all structured for organic search.
Every inquiry now arrives pre-qualified with dates, group size, and charter type — and guests get an instant, professional email response the moment they reach out.
