Motorbike Madness — Case Study
A multi-tour motorcycle website with rentals, custom trips & integrated booking
Motorbike Madness needed a site that could handle both guided tours and a big bike rental offering — with enough flexibility for fully custom experiences too. We built a dark, dramatic site with individual pages per tour route, a dedicated rental section with real bike specs, a fully integrated booking system, and staff-side tools for managing bookings and operations. Designed for the discerning traveller who researches deeply before committing.

The challenge
Motorbike Madness runs three distinct businesses under one brand: guided motorcycle tours — from day rides to expeditions of nine days and beyond — big bike rentals, and fully custom riding trips. Most tour websites strain to present even one offering clearly — this one had to hold three without collapsing into clutter.
Their customers are discerning riders who research deeply before committing: route details, bike specs, what's included, and whether a custom trip is really possible. Thin content loses this audience immediately — and once convinced, they expect to book, not to wait on an email thread.
What we built
A dark, dramatic design built around the riding
The site's dark palette and cinematic motorcycle photography match the drama of the product — long-haul adventures through Thailand. Each tour route gets its own rich detail page with duration and what to expect, so riders comparing multi-day trips get real information and search engines get focused pages to rank.
A rental section with real specs
The rental fleet — including the Honda CB500X and Yamaha Ténéré 700 — has its own dedicated section with the details riders actually check: full insurance with minimal excess, quality helmet and riding gear, and 24/7 roadside assistance, laid out plainly.
Integrated booking plus custom trip enquiries
Tours and rentals are bookable through a fully integrated booking system built into the site, while fully custom experiences get a structured enquiry flow where riders describe dates, riding style, and route ideas — so every path from interest to commitment is covered.
An operations platform across tours and the fleet
Behind the public site, staff-facing systems handle booking management, schedules, guide assignment, availability calendars, and payments — with fleet management spanning both the tour bikes and the rental fleet. One organised view instead of scattered emails and spreadsheets.
The outcome
The site is live at motorbike-madness.com with four-plus individual route pages, a dedicated rental section with real bike specs, integrated online booking, and a custom trip enquiry flow — three offerings, one coherent system.
Riders who research deeply now find real answers at every step, and Motorbike Madness converts that research into confirmed bookings across tours, rentals, and custom trips alike.
